Melissa has lived what she leads. She first discovered the transformative power of mindset and habit formation over a decade ago when she effortlessly lost 75 pounds. This ignited a passion for health, wellness, self-development, and personal growth that has shaped her life ever since. Immersing herself in the science of nutrition and the psychology of habit formation, she continues to perfect the formula for creating breakthroughs and radical change for productivity, motivation, and mental and physical wellness.

 

Melissa holds a degree in Psychology, where she was part of a weight-loss mindset research lab focused on how habit, mindset, and environment influence long-term health. She is also a Certified Nutrition Coach and has run independent weight-loss competitions both online and in-person. While helping lead her corporate health & wellness committee, she designed office-wide weight loss competitions that saw phenomenal participation and remarkable results, with some employees losing as much as 30 pounds.

Through alleate, Melissa brings this blend of science, behavioral psychology, and lived experience to companies looking to improve employee well-being. Her done-for-you programs make it simple for leaders to launch initiatives that employees are excited to join, building camaraderie, healthier habits, and stronger workplace cultures.
